Event Terms & Conditions

Event Overview

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your registration and participation in The Female Density Intensive (“Event”), a 3-day advanced SMP training workshop hosted by BrowHouse Studio (“BrowHouse,” “we,” “us”). By registering, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• Dates: May 30–31 & June 1, 2026
• Location: BrowHouse Studio, Newport Beach, CA
• Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM daily
• Capacity: Limited to 20 participants

Registration & Payment

• Full payment of $1,900 USD is required to secure your seat.
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
• Your registration is confirmed only upon successful payment.
• Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are non-transferable without prior written approval from BrowHouse.

• Shadow access to live client demonstrations

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 30+ days before the event: Full refund minus a $200 administrative fee.
• 15–29 days before the event: 50% refund.
• 14 days or fewer before the event: No refund. You may transfer your seat to another participant with written approval.
• No-shows: No refund or credit will be issued.

If BrowHouse cancels the event for any reason, all registered participants will receive a full refund.

Event Changes

BrowHouse reserves the right to modify the event schedule, instructors, curriculum, or venue if necessary. We will notify registered participants of any material changes via the email provided at registration. Schedule or instructor changes do not entitle participants to a refund.

Intellectual Property

• All training materials, techniques, and content presented during the Event are the intellectual property of the instructors and BrowHouse.
• You may not record, photograph, livestream, or reproduce any part of the training sessions without prior written consent.
• Notes taken for personal learning purposes are permitted.
• You may not use training materials to create competing courses or workshops.

Photography & Media Consent

BrowHouse may photograph or film portions of the Event for marketing and educational purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image or likeness in promotional materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify us in writing prior to the Event.

Liability & Assumption of Risk

• Participation in the Event is at your own risk.
• BrowHouse, its instructors, and staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the Event.
• This Event is educational only. Completion does not guarantee licensure, certification by any governing body, or specific business outcomes.
• You are responsible for ensuring you meet any local licensing or regulatory requirements to perform SMP procedures in your jurisdiction.

Health & Safety

• Participants must follow all studio hygiene and safety protocols.
• If you are feeling unwell, please do not attend. Contact us to discuss options.
• BrowHouse reserves the right to remove any participant who does not comply with studio safety rules.

Code of Conduct

We are committed to providing a professional, respectful, and inclusive learning environment. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the Event without refund.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your participation in the Event shall be resolved in Orange County, California.
